Inferno met to do out highway clean up.
Members participating were Larry French (CO), George Edwards (XO),
Debbie French (Chief of Ops), D C Barricella McQuade (Personnel Officer) and myself, Jim McClure(CMO/Intelligence Officer). We were joined by Paul from USS Hecate. Our area included 3 ramps leading to and from
the bridge and beside one ramp is a large landscaped area. We took several hours to get the place all
cleaned up. The crew worked hard to make
the place presentable. While we were
working, we had several motorists honk and shout their thank yous to us. While we were just working to do something
positive for the planet and wanting to make our little area of the city a nicer
place, hearing the motorists was an extra bonus, which really made us feel
great.
